Case Study
In 2020, we began working directly with the in-house marketing team at French Broad Crossing in Marshall, NC. Their goal was to sell the remaining home parcels in their luxury community. At the time, they were at about 60% capacity.
We partnered with their team to understand the ethos of their community and reshape the brand and perception together. We then created a library of photo and video assets for use in print, social, and outdoor media.
Within 18 months of the launch of our campaign, French Broad Crossing sold every plot within their community.
