From a concept to a National Addy-Award winning work, we partnered with a non-profit to create a different kind a promotion for their fundraiser.

The James Fisher Memorial Foundation is particularly unique in that it gives to so many great and diverse causes, with the commonality being less about the types of charitable causes, and more about how the money is raised–through one of its namesake’s greatest passions: horses. One of the primary ways the Foundation raises money and awareness for charities is through equestrian events.

After having to cancel in-person events in 2020, the Foundation wanted to relaunch their events in an attention-grabbing way. To advertise their flagship event–and calcutta-style auction–we needed to draw in both attendees and riders, so we pitched a film trailer that could build intrigue, suspense, and an air of prestige to build anticipation for the event.

We combined actual audio we had captured at JFMF events in the past a with new visuals to take viewers “behind-the-scenes” and into the mind of an equestrian in a more cerebral, but still elegant style. The result–we think–is something truly unique and bold that could only come from having such amazing, creative, and trusting partners as we do in the James Fisher Memorial Foundation team.
